I believe that the ability to recognize and master complex challenges is the foremost skill required to survive and thrive in the 21st century. Our destiny, both as individuals and as a society, hinges on this crucial skill. My mission is to develop tools that guide people through these challenges. As a professional systems architect, I work daily with complex systems, including technical, social, and physiological ones. I understand their structures and appreciate the challenges they pose. My superpower in understanding complexity is my inner diversity. Born in Ukraine into a Jewish family and having lived for many years in Germany, I blend the Ukrainian sense of freedom, the Jewish tradition of lifelong learning, the German drive for quality, and the European commitment to social solidarity.
